Objective of the Course:
Analysis of the concept and the principles of the unfair competition, intellectual and industrial property and regulations of legal protection

Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
This course provides learning the basic principles of unfair competition and intellectual property law, and contributes to evaluation of legal disputes that may arise in these matters properly.
