19 Objective of the Course: To present basic knowledge about philosophy and sociology of law and to provide an integrated view of point about law.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development The course contributes to gaining a conception of law and a critical perspective about legal norms.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Acquiring basic knowledge about philosophy and sociology of law. ;
2 Learning to conceive law as a philosophical subject-matter and it’s relationship with other philosophical problems. ;
3 Acquiring ability to criticise law coherently and consistently. ;
4 Conceiving legal phenomenons as social phenomenons.;
