19	Objective of the Course:	Conveying information to the students about Medical Law and provide insight for the rights and protection for the patients against related medical authorities.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	With the Health Law course, it will be learned what the legal rules applied in the field of health are and will contribute to the training of nurses who are aware of their legal responsibilities.

Learning Outcomes:

1	Sağlık hukuku alanındaki temel kavram ve ilkeleri tanımlayabilmek;
2	To define the concept of Crime and Punishment;
3	Acknowledge and list the liabilities of relevant medical providers and authorities;
4	To know patients' rights ;
5	To assess patients' rights from a legal point ;
6	To be able to distinguish malpractice and complications;
7	Have the capacity to analyse and resolve conflicts in the area of Medical Law,;
8	Comment on the given decisions by the Courts in Medical Law.;
