19 Objective of the Course: Recent Perspectives on Family Law in Private International Law will be examined with considering doctrine, case law and international conventions.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It is aimed to develop the foundations of family law and to find solutions to problems.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning basic concept of family law;
2 Considering the best interests of the child in custody conflicts;
3 Providing the interests of payee with the best and the most suitable way;
4 Determining the child interest in international child adoption.;
5 The result of determination the Turkish courts’ jurisdiction in family conflicts;
6 Considering the procedure and conclusion on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements.;
7 Comparative analysis between international child abduction and custody;
8 Treating the question in favour of child, in paternity law. ;
9 Considering the case law in foreign law.;
10 Outlook on the custody matters based on human rights.;
