19 Objective of the Course: Learning the fiscal structures of local governments based on their existence reasons, identifying the fiscal issues of local governments and finding solutions.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It contributes to the students to find solutions to the issues encountered by learning the fiscal structures of local governments.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to learn the reasons why local authorities exist ;
2 To be able to learn the income sources of local authorities ;
3 To be able to learn the duties of local authorities ;
4 To be able to learn the differences between the local authorities of different countries ;
5 To be able to understand the financial problems of local authorities ;
6 Being able to offer solutions by identifying fiscal issues of local governments in Turkey;
