General Description
The program, originally established in 1981 within the Bursa Higher Teacher Training School to train foreign language teachers, was restructured in 1982 under the Faculty of Education at Uludağ University. Since 1996, the program has continued its activities at the Görükle campus. Beginning with the 1990–1991 academic year, a preparatory class has been implemented.
The curriculum was reorganized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) in 1998 and subsequently updated again in 2006.
