19 Objective of the Course: To absorb information on Jewish history and creeds, To learn Jewish idea of religion and world, To learn and evaluate other religions.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 He gets information on Judaism in a professional level.;;
2 He recognizes local and foreign sources.;;
3 He can study Jewish history and theology through original sources.;;
4 He can use methods of the study of religion in order to learn and explain Judaism better.;;
5 In addition to his use of information technology, he goes on studying in the west and Israel in order to reach the right and sufficient information.;;
6 He evaluates Jewish creeds and practices systematically.;;
7 He can cooperate with the concerned people and institutions.;;
8 He can learn and use Hebrew or one of western languages in order to approach Judaism scientifically and to do right evaluations.;;
9 He can compare Jewish theology with those of other Semitic religions.;;
10 He can apply his ability to learn a religion to other religions.;;
