19 Objective of the Course: Building the infrastructure of technical information on Reassurance, Fire and Agricultural Insurances. Examination of the sample policies, proporsal forms and claim files and to illustrate the application

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Defining the concept of Reassurance. ;
2 Explaning the operation the basic features of Reassurance.;
3 To be able to recognize the features of the treaties of Reassurance .;
4 To be able to distinguish between different types of Reassurance Treaties.;
5 To be able to explain the basic concepts of Fire Insurance plans.;
6 DASK and to be able to analyze the importance of Compulsory Earthquake Insurance.;
7 To be able to compare Fire Insurances in specially shaped;
8 To be able to explain the basic concepts of Agricultural Insurance plans.;
9 TARSİM and to be able to discuss the support of State for Agricultural Insurance.;
10 To be able to calculate the price of insurance (Premium) according to branches. ;

2 Methods of Reassurance; Facultative Reinsurance
3 Proportional Reinsurance – Obligatory Reinsurance Treaties ( Quato Share and Surplus Reinsurance)
4 Reinsurance Premium, Reinsurance Commission, Profit Commission
5 Loss and Clean Cut Basis; The methods of endings of Reassurance Treaties and TAHKİM
6 Excess of Loss and Stop Loss Reinsurance
7 The basic rules of Fire Insurance plan
8 Mid term exam and repeating courses
9 Fire Insurance and the riders,Fire Liability Insurance
10 DASK and Compulsory Earthquake Insurance
11 Fire Declaration Insurance, Valued Insurance, Agreed Value Insurance, Inflation – Indexed Insurance, First Loss Insurance.
12 Loss of Profit Insurance
13 The evaluation of the agriculture in Turkey according to Agricultural Insurance. The significant risks that effect the agricultural activity. TARSİM
