19 Objective of the Course: To develop technical staff who are competent in carrying out operations outside of microscopic evaluation and who can apply traditional and modern techniques in pathology department.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 The student, which has the knowledge about theoretical and practical classes of pathology and pathology laboratory that supported with the up-to-date material, applies in the proffessional work area.;
2 The student has the knowledge and the artifice about save and transpor methods of the biologic materials.;
3 The student has the knowledge about the dysinfection, sterilization and preperation methods for every analysis and also knows how to apply them.;
4 The student has the knowledge about the basic tests, prepation of the solutions that are used in the different divisions of the laboratory.;
5 The student has the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills about chemical solution preperation which are used in the laboratory. ;
6 The student knows how to use the laboratory intstuments according to the rules and techniques, how to do the general controls and after cares.;
7 The student can make work organization in the laboratory, can take responsibilities in the teamwork and also individially according to his position in the laboratory.;
8 The student has the knowledge about the safety preventions, applies the personel safety rules and makes the laboratory conditions safe.;
9 The student has the ability to communicate with the collegues, medical doctors, other medical staff and patients as well in an efficient way and by observing the ethics.;
10 The student has the conciousness about how important the professional knowledge thus the student attends the educational programmes and activities in whole work life.;
