19 Objective of the Course: The problems in production of plants because of insects could be recognized truly and quickly. The problems could be controlled by means of this course.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To learn location of insects in the animal kingdom, injury of insect pests, role of useful insects in agriculture.;
2 To learn general morphological features, reproduction and growing of insects.;
3 To understand insects relationship with environments and each other. ;
4 To learn and apply and teach of control methods with insect pests.;
5 To recognize entomological problem of a region or country.;
6 To solve problems which are appear suddenly because of insects.;
7 To work about agricultural pesticides.;

22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 Locations of systematics, economic importance and out surface of insects are taught.
2 Internal organs of insects (muscle, digestive, execratory, circulatory, respiratory, reproduction, nervous and sense organs-1) are taught.
3 Internal organs of insects (sense organs-2, light and secretion organs) are taught.
4 Reproduction and growing of insects are taught (egg and larvae period).
5 Growing of insects (metamorphism and types of pupa) and reproduction of insects are taught.
6 Ecologies of insects about inanimate agents are taught.
7 Ecologies of insects about alive agents and agricultural quarantine are taught.
8 Control methods of plant pests deal with economically are lectured. Predicting and early warning system are lectured.
9 Cultural precautions and biological control against insects are taught.
10 Biological control and physical control against insects are lectured.
11 Biotechnical control and chemical control against insects are taught.
