Objective of the Course:
To get skills to comperative the classical Islamic law book in point of method and content

Learning Outcomes:

To read the classical texts of Islamic law independantly;

To learn basic books which form general thought of Islamic law;

To understand and to interpret the text about the area of expertise;

To understand the terms about the area of expertise;

To know current religious problems and to make solutions to them;

To analyze his/her informations and skills with critical method;

To find similarities between Islamic society of past periods and today's muslim society from the point of informations which were gathered from classical Islamic texts;

To get information about hudud (presciribed punishment) and ikrah (compulsion);

To analyze the divorce and current issues which are debating about talak (divorce);

To get knowledge about zakat, hazr and ibaha;
