19 Objective of the Course: To teach immune mediated diseases and hypersensitivity associated problems and approach cellular and humoral immunity in dogs and cats.

22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 To approach humoral and cellular immunity in cats and dogs
2 To determine immun system and hypersensitivity reactions in immune mediated diseases
3 Type I and type IV hypersensitivity immune mediated diseases: atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, anaphylactic shock.
4 Type I and type IV (delayed-type-hypersensitivity) hypersensitivity immune mediated diseases: determining the diagnosis and treatment.
5 Type I and type IV (delayed-type-hypersensitivity) hypersensitivity immune mediated diseases: determining the diagnosis and treatment.
6 Type II hypersensitivity immune mediated diseases: clinical findings of immune mediated haemolytic anemia and thrompocytopenia, determining the diagnosis and treatment.
7 ype III hypersensitivity immune mediated diseases: determining the differential diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) based on clinical findings
8 Type III hypersensitivity immune mediated diseases: determining the differential diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) based on clinical findings
9 Type III hypersensitivity immune mediated diseases: determining the clinical findings, diagnosis and treatment of pemphigus foliaceus, pemphigus vulgaris, pemphigus erythematosus, pemphigus bullous.
10 Approaching clinical diagnosis of immune mediated dermatoses.
11 Approaching diagnosis and differrential diagnosis of immune mediated endocrinal diseases.
12 Immunesuppressive treatment and side effects in immune mediated diseases.
13 Determining alternative treatments to immunesuppressive treatment in immune mediated diseases.
14 Prognostic approach of the immune mediated diseases.
