19 Objective of the Course: This course aims to examine the statutory and judicial law governing collective labor relations through case studies and jurisprudence. It also aims to play a leading role on the solution of collective labour disputes.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to apply basic principles of collective labour law relating to Collective Labor Law to factual situations/problems.;
2 To be able to demonstrate an ability to synthesize the legal principles emerging from application of legal consequences by means of jurisprudence. ;
3 To be able to have the ability to overcome collective labour disputes through the peaceful solution ways. ;
4 To be able to understand the roles of parties grounding collective labour relations in the process of collective bergaining. ;
5 evaluate the laws and jurisprudence governing Collective Labor Law so as to respond to societal needs.;
6 To be able to solve problems of the work life in the future.;
7 To be able to demonstrate an ability to research and write about collective labor law involving critical analysis of relevant primary and/or secondary materials;
8 To be able to have a perception about democracy in work life and social life, as well. ;
