19 Objective of the Course: It is aimed to teach the general principles of the civil enforcement and bakruptcy law, the functioning of the debt enforcement and insolvency organization, the ways of follow-up of the enforcement and insolvency together with the theoretical and practical aspects.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 learning the purpose and the general principles of enforcement and banktrupcy law;
2 learning the legal principles and the system of enforcement law;
3 learning of the principles and applications of foreclosure and liquidation;
4 learning the enforcement procedure with judgement and without judgement;
5 learning and comparing the different types of enforcement procedure ;
6 the legal nature of bankruptcy, the subject of bankruptcy and the reasons for bankruptcy;
7 learning the bankruptcy case and learning of alternative institutions liquidation;
8 learning the alternatives of bankruptcy;
9 Learning the law of restructing;
10 Learning the action for nullity;

week 11: executive sale- prosecution of the tenderer
