19 Objective of the Course: The law applicable to private law transactions and relations that contain a foreign element, the international jurisdiction of the Turkish courts, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments will be examined.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning foreign elements, qualification, renvoi, intervantion of public order and mandatory rules.;
2 Determining the limitation of judicial power;
3 Determining international jurisdiction of the Turkish courts;
4 Learning the general concept of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments;
5 Learning the general concept of recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award;
6 Discussing the recent percpective and genel concept on International Commercial;
7 Learning general concept of Turkish nationality law;
8 Determining the acquisition and loss of Turkish Citizenship ;
9 Learning the foreigns' legal status and fundamental rights and freedoms in Turkish law;
10 Determining international protection regime in Turkish law and discussing in the light of recent developments.;

2- The intervation of public policy and mandotary rules
3- Applicable law to formation and period of limitation
4- Applicable law to capacity
5- Applicable law to engagement, marriage, divorce, alimony ve matrimonial property
6- Applicable law to parentage and adoption
7- Applicable law to inheritance and rights in rem
8- The applicable law to contractual obligation relations (General obligation)
9- The applicable law to contract relating to immovable, consumer contract, contracts of employment, contracts regarding intellectual property rights, contracts regarding carriage of goods
10- Applicable law to torts (General obligation) and liability for violation of personality rights
11- Applicable law to non-contractual responsibility of the producer, unfair competition and prevention of competition
12- Applicable law to representative authority and unjust enrichment
13- Juridical power ve international jurisdiction
14- Jurisdiction of Turkish court on lawsuits concerning the personal status of Turkish Citizens and foreigners
15- Jurisdiction of Turkish court on lawsuits related to Inheritance, consumer contract, employment contract and insurance contract
16- General jurisdiction on code of civil procedure
17- Specific jurisdiction on code of civil procedure
18- Jurisdiction agreement in law of international civil procedure
19- Judicial assistance, notification, warrant and rogatory in law of international civil procedure
