19 Objective of the Course: To obtain enough knowledge of legal duties, rights and responsibilities of veterinarians and orientate the students to veterinary legislation

1 Learns the concept of Legislation;
2 Learns the legal duties, rights and responsibilities of veterinarians;
3 Can distinguish between the legal and illegal practices in veterinary medicine profession;
4 Can interpret the professional policies and problems;

1 Legislation- Basic concepts, Norms hierarchy (Constitution, Law, Regulation, Instruction) Evaluating the veterinary legislation through constitutional view
2 The legislation about the practices of veterinary profession, the duties, rights and responsibilities of veterinarians
3 The veterinary legislation with in the scope of the Europian Union practices
