Learning Outcomes:

6	The individual administrative acte-the regulator administrative acte, the elements of administrative acte, the sanctions of irregularity of administrative acte
7	The come into force, execution, end of the administrative acte
8	The conditions and the types of administrative contract
9	The conclusion, the end and the dispute settlement of administrative contracts
10	The components of public service, legal status of administrative public service and industrial and commercial public service, the principles of public service, the founding the abolition and the operation procedures of public services
11	The concept of public order and the administrative poliçe
12	The concept of public agent and legal status of public agents
13	The concept of public property, the classification of public properties, the protection of oublic properties, the modes of operation of public properties, the expropriation
