3 Dosages, safety and dose – action relationships of drugs
4 Dose – response relationships, drug doses
5 General mechanisms in the absorption of drugs and passage of drugs across biologic membranes
6 Drug administration routes and absorption
7 Distribution and accumulation of drugs
8 Biotransformation and elimination of drugs
9 Mechanisms of drug action
10 Drug interactions
11 Adverse and toxic effects drug
12 The factors changing drug effects and doses
13 Developments of new drugs and pharmaceutical preparations
14 Pharmacography and prescription writing
