19	Objective of the Course:	The course aims to provide the students with the knowledge on the personal rights and freedoms, rights and freedoms of individuals and law enforcement activities to ensure that awareness of rights and freedoms because of the limitation procedure, criteria and conditions, knowledge of law enforcement measures to determine the rights of persons.

3	To develop a perspective to act in line with the Constitutional principles regarding the limitations on the fundamental rights and freedoms during the use of law enforcement powers.;
4	To grasp the organization and authorized personnel for crime elucidation and the relations between the personnel.;
5	To understand the rights of suspects during the processes of arrest and detention.;
6	To learn the activities of law enforcement responsibility, the nature, type and the legal consequences of these activities.;

22	Course Content:

Week	Theoretical	Practical
1	1.Week: Law Enforcement, Meaning and Functions The concept of law enforcement, meaning covered by Police in law enforcement actions and procedures (authority, cause, matter, shape, purpose) evaluation of the elements.
2	2.General Information on Rights and Freedoms The meaning of fundamental rights and liberty, rights and human rights with the concept of an ordinary (difference, in terms of the same or a similar) relationships, relationship between security and liberty, evaluation and discussion of security regulation constitutions necessary or not.
3	3.Week: According to the 1982 Constitution of Rights and Freedoms In 1982 Constitution, fundamental rights and freedoms, their attributes and the provisions regarding the restriction of the rights and freedoms, democratic state in terms of the provisions of the Constitution of 1982 evaluation of the issue of security.
