19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to introduce institutions that effect international economic relationships closely and be able to evaluate function of these, be able to argue efficiency of international institutions on national economies and for this to provide necessary knowledge

1 To know actors of global economy;
2 To have scientific basis that provide an understanding of the periods of economic integration;
3 To have knowledge about structure and operation of international economic institutions;
4 To be able to evaluate efficiency of international institutions in globalization period;
5 To be able to analyze developments in both Turkey and world economies and evaluate political practices;

8 World trade organization; From GATT to WTO differences of the WTO, structure, goals and status of the WTO
9 Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and Trade and Development Conference of United Nations
10 Regional economic integrations; EU
11 The period of enlargement of EU
12 Other regional economic integrations (out of continental Europe)
