19 Objective of the Course: The aim of the course is to give basic information about the epidemiology of communicable diseases in Turkey to the 6th half year students.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 It is targeted the students with this course to give information about infectious diseases that are problems in Turkey and worldwide such as ınfluenza, tuberculosis, malaria and AIDS and their prevalence and ways of prevention, as well as vaccine-preventable childhood diseases such as measles, whooping cough, diphtheria, polio and tetanus which can be seen in all ages.;
2 In addition to these diseases, it is aimed to be informed about epidemiology of waterborne diseases, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, notification system of notifiable diseases and epidemic control.;
