1 To understand the stages the concept of democracy has been through since the Ancient Greek.;
2 To understand the rule of democracy as a political regime;
3 To understand characteristics and principles of democracy as a political regime;
4 To Become able to compare democracy with the other regimes;
5 To understand the emergence and development of the concept of human rights in the history of world ;
6 To understand the strugle for human rights from past to present;
7 To learn universal decrees and institutions related to democracy;
8 To learn universal decrees and institutions related to human rights;

8 History of parliamentary democracy in England and its way of working today
9 Parliamentary democracy in the USA
10 History of parliamentary democracy in France and its way of working today
11 A short history of parliamentary democracy in Turkey
12 The concept of human rights and its historical development
13 İnternational bills of human rights
14 The issue of human rights and basic freedom today
