1 Being informed about the concepts of constitution and constituent power;
2 Being informed about the concept of state, its elements and types ;
3 Being informed about the concept of democracy, its types and election systems;
4 Being informed about the constitutional developments of Ottoman and Republic periods;
5 Being informed about the essential qualities, fundamental rights and freedoms regime of the 1982 Constitution;
6 Being informed about the election and the legal status of the Parliament members and the functioning of the Parliament;
7 Being informed about the functioning of the executive organ;

1 Concept of Constitution, Constituent Power (Establishment and Amendment of the Constitutions),
2 Concept of State, Elements of State, Distinction of Monarchy and Republic,
3 Distinction of Unitary State and Federal State,
4 Governmental Systems (Distinction of Parliamentary System and Presidential System)
5 Direct, Semi-Direct Democracy, Representative Democracy,
6 Elections
7 Constitutional Developments in Ottoman and Republic Periods.
8 Fundamental Qualities of Republic According to the 1982 Constitution,
9 Fundamental Rights and Freedoms Regime According to the 1982 Constitution,
10 Election of the Members of the Parliament and Legal Status Thereof.
11 Internal Structure and Operational Order of the Parliament, Duties and Powers of the Parliament.
