19 Objective of the Course: The objective of this course is to inform about diplomatic law and consular law between relations of states and international organizations

1 To be able to know definitions and historical development of diplomacy and consulate;
2 To be able to know authorized people at diplomacy and consulate relations;
3 To be able to know authorized people on diplomacy relations by states;
4 To be able to know authorized people on diplomacy relations by international organizations;
5 To be able to know diplomatic privileges and immunities of diplomatic agents;
6 To be able to know diplomatic relations of international organizations;
7 To be able to know international relations of nonstate actors (midterm exam);
8 To be able to know functions and missions of consulates;
9 To be able to know diplomatic privileges and immunities of consulates;
10 To be able to know Turkish Law about diplomacy and consulate;
