19 Objective of the Course: The process of rapid development and growth in the world has brought over the discussion of excessive use of natural resources. Sacrificing natural recources to rapid growth has caused the arouse of the discussion over the limitation of the use of the resources.This course aims the analysis of natural resources in an economical approach and to lead this discussion in this contexts.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Relation between natural recources and economics is understood.;
2 Economic analysis of natural resources is learned.;
3 Different economic approaches over the use of natural resources are evaluated ;
4 Paradigms related to natural recources and sustainable of growth are learned ;
5 Comparative analysis over old and new paradigms are made;
6 Enviroment problems are studied in an economic perspective and suggestions about a solution are made.;
7 The importance of sustaniability of natural recources is understood. ;
8 The discussions over sustaniable development are evaluated.;
9 The importance of the new technologic developments developed as a solution to enviroment problems and excessive use of natural recources are understood.;
10 The meetings and publications of national and international organizations are evaluated. ;
