19 Objective of the Course: Conveying information to the students about the general principles of Law of Obligations.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 At the end of this course, the students will be able to define general principles of Law of Obligations,;
2 Acknowlege the fundamental role of Law of Obligations, its systematic and the relationship between the other branches of law,;
3 List and Interpret the general provisions of Law of Obligations,;
4 List the requirements for the validity of legal transactions as the origins of obligations, ;
5 Have the capacity to analyse and resolve conflicts in the area of Law of Obligations,;
6 Make case studies and demonstrate theorical knowledge in practice,;
7 Acknowledge, comment and criticize various theories and court decisions in Law of Obligations.;

1 Meaning, subject, structure and sources of Law of Obligations
2 Relationship between Law of Obligations and other branches of law and general principles of Law of Obligations
3 Notion of obligation and the rights and liabilities of obligation
4 Notion of right, different types of right and the right to claim
5 Notions of claim, demand, obligation and liability
6 Imperfect obligation and the act as the subject of the obligation
7 Definitions of legal transaction and statement of will + Mid Term Exam
8 Interpretation of the statement of will
9 Classification and different types of legal actions
10 Notions of acquisition, cause and contractual obligations
11 Formation of contracts
12 Form in contract and contents of the contract
13 Conscious incompatibility between will and statement
14 Invalid statement of will and notion of lesion
