19	Objective of the Course:	Aim of the course is to help student to know researches which are done in Muslim world and West; to comprehendbasic belief and practises of other religions.

Learning Outcomes:

1 Student defines the terms of religion, history and history of religions.; 2 He evaluates religious studies both in Islam and the West; 3 He discerns the place and importance of religion in the history of the world.; 4 He classifies religions from various angles.; 5 He distinguishes basic beliefs, practices and ethical principles of the living religions.; 6 He interprets basic teachings and messages of the scriptures within the framework of sample texts. ; 7 He can compare religions in terms of their similar, different and common points.; 8 He analyzes the separation processes and common grounds in religions.; 9 He interprets traditional and modern sects and recent trends in religions. ; 10 He carries out the basic principles of the reliable interreligious dialogue that is relied upon sound information. ;
