19 Objective of the Course: To teach how does a damage operation accomplish in insurance by examining the theoretical and actual damages files.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Knows insurance claim management.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Able to explain the concepts about damage in insurance and able to realize the opening of the demage file.;
2 Able to explain the function of insurance expert and able to explain how a damaged etection is done according to certain branches of insurance.;
3 Able to evaluate the obligation of the Insured and insurer's obligation in damage.;
4 Able to evaluate the process of payment of damage compensation and able to comment the damage report.;
5 Able to explain the stages of follow-up.the damage and able to evaluate the damage management policies of the insurance companies.;
22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 The concept of damage and damage insurance. Which insurance company will be interested in damages.
2 What is notification of damage and how is done .Insurer and the Insured obligations.
3 To open the damage file and follow-up.
4 The definition of insurance expert. The location and the place of the insurance expert in legally system.
5 The relevant legislation about insurance expertise, expert reports and expert request.
6 Application of general principles related to damage, missing or over and double insurance situations.
7 Watching film and interpret about the damage.
8 Course review and midterm exam.
9 Works of the expert who is assessment for assigned to damage before the expertise.,Any discounts in account damage.
10 Operations in fire damage insurance branch. (For example by examining the actual damages files)
11 The damage processes in compulsory and optional earthquake insurance (For example by examining the actual damages files)
12 Damage processes in motor vehicles. (For example by examining the actual damages files)
13 The damage processes in engineering and, marine insurance (For example by examining the actual damage sfiles)
14 The operations in personal accident, health and life insurance. (For example by examining the actual damages files)
