19 Objective of the Course: Understanding and understanding the importance of Labor Law and Social Security Law, acquiring theoretical and practical information about resolving labor disputes in practice in the light of legislation and judicial decisions, acquiring necessary information about the basic concepts of working life and the fundamental rights and obligations of the parties.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course provides to learn and use the basic concepts of individual, collective labor law and social security law. It contributes to the acquisition of the skills of detecting and resolving disputes that arise in practice.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Being able to carry out his/her work duties at positions responsible with the labour relations and accounting in conformity with the laws.;
2 Being able to identify labour relations;
3 Being able to drawing up a labour contract;
4 Being able to comprehend the rights and obligations arising from different types of labour contracts ;
5 Being able to fulfil the obligations arising from the labour contract;
6 Being able to terminate employment relation;
7 Being able to perform union related tasks ;
8 Being able to eliminate risks that may arise during lifetime within the Turkish social security system and practices.;
