19	Objective of the Course:	At the end of the course; relation of obligation, concept of responsibility of obligation, concept, form and subject of contract , Causes of Disorder of will, concept of representation and causes of obligation in law, causes of termination of debt, varieties of contracts frequently met in business life are learned.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	Borç ilişkisinin doğumu, kapsamı ve borçların ifasına ilişkin temel kavramların öğrenilmesi ve uygulamada çıkan uyuşmazlıkların tespit edilmesi ve çözümlenmesine ilişkin yetilerin kazanılmasına katkıda bulunur.
