19 Objective of the Course: Students learn about combustion-fuels, the storage of these fuels, and equipment such as boilers and pumps required for the transmission and burning of these fuels. Recognizing load lifting devices, machine tools and examining them in terms of worker health and safety. General knowledge of materials and knowledge of iron, steel and non-ferrous metal materials.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development -Will be able to summarize the information about the machine and its parts. -Recognizes machine tools and will be able to summarize what measures should be taken for occupational safety in these machines. -Will be able to summarize the machinery required for storage, burning and transportation of fuels. -Gains knowledge about materials used in industry, mechanical properties and test methods.
