Learning Outcomes:

1	Recognizes parts of the programing environment as menus, palettes and toolbars, functions knows;
2	Moves on to form the basic components, make appropriate arrangements on the form.;
3	knows that each component have many features and sensitive to many mouse and keyboard events;
4	make storage, operating,recall of the standart operations;
5	Recognizes components , uses appropriate components to solutions its expected , design stage feature make assignments.;
6	The desired solutions Design and them, writing code that makes appropriate events relate.;
7	Identifies and uses the necessary variables.;
8	If necessary, uses control statements and loops.;
9	Program runs and tests. Corrects syntax and runtime errors.;
