1 Comprehending the fundamentals of arbitration ;
2 Comprehending the differences o f arbitration and the place of among the other dispute resolution technics;
3 Comprehending the types of arbitration ;
4 Learning the compulsory arbitration processes in Türkish Law ;
5 Comprehending the eligibility criteria for voluntary arbitration;
6 Comprehending the types of voluntary arbitration ;
7 Comrehending the nature and characteristics of the framework rules in domestic arbitration under the HMK (Turkish Code of Civil Procedure) ;
8 Comrehending the nature and characteristics of the framework rules in external arbitration under the MTK (Turkish Code of International Arbitration) ;
9 Learning the legal remedies against to arbitral award and the effects of arbitral awards ;
10 Learning the effects of arbitral award;

1 Legal characteristic of artbitration and its differences from the other disputes resolution technics
2 Types of arbitration and the sources of rules in arbitration law the rule resource of arbitration law
3 Areas of application for mandatory arbitration in Turkish Law
4 Explanation and implementation of the rules related to mandatory arbitration in Turkish Law
5 Framework rules and areas of voluntary arbitration in Türkish Law
6 Arbitrability and the nature of arbitration, validity criteria of the arbitration agreement
7 Competence-competence in arbitration and separability of the arbitration agreement
8 Determination of place of arbitration and the applicable law for procedure and substance in domestic and external arbitration
9 Arbiter agreement and responsibility of arbiter, consititution of the arbitral tribunal
10 Commencing an arbitral litigation and the reply to litigation, its results
11 Gathering the evidence and evoluationin arbitral proceedings
12 Duration of arbitration and termination of the arbitration proceedings, arbitral award and its types
13 Supervising and enforcement of arbitral aw ards
14 The isterim measures in arbitration process
