19 Objective of the Course: Obtaining a general perception about legal reasoning.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course contributes to gaining competence for interpreting and application of legal rules and for justification that is necessary to make a judgment and to write a petition.

1 Systematically analyzing fundamental problems of legal methodology;
2 Learning fundamental elements of legal reasoning and acquiring ability to interpret and criticise legal texts ;
3 Acquiring ability to legal evaluation of encountered problems;
