Objective of the Course: |
Introducing the light microscopy and parts.
Teaching the use of the microscope, tissue processing and histological techniques.
Teaching and showing the epithelial, connective, cartilage, bone, blood, muscle and nerve tissue of the cells by light microscopy.

Distinguish the cellular structures and types of epithelium, connective, cartilage, bone, blood, muscle and nerve tissues seen in vertebrate animals and knows the methods of microscopic examination. |
