19 Objective of the Course: To comprehend Turkish cultural geography and to raise awareness about Turkish culture.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Contributes to the education of students who recognize the natural and cultural potential of Turkey
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Explain the basic concepts and facts about population and settlement according to geographical principles.;
2 Explain the basic concepts and facts about language, religion, culture and race in cultural geography according to geographical principles.;
3 Explain the basic concepts and phenomena related to Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Mining and aquaculture according to geographical principles.;
4 Explain the basic concepts and phenomena related to industry, transportation, tourism and trade according to geographical principles.;
5 Evaluates the relations between human and economic geography and physical geography according to geographical principles.;
6 Ability to understand the contribution of Turks to the common civilization of humanity;
7 Ability to express faith and mythological elements in the Turks;
8 Ability to express oral and written sources of Turkish history;
9 Explain the basic concepts and facts about language, religion, culture and race in cultural geography according to geographical principles.;
10 Ability to evaluate Turkish migrations in the context of space and time;
