19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to explain the causes and consequences of income inequalities and explain the income distribution policies towards them.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It has a contribution towards forming a basis in terms of improving the professional skills of students regarding income distribution policy.

1 Learns the different definitions of income distribution.;
2 Understands income distribution theories.;
3 Learns how to measure income inequality.;
4 Understands the causes of income inequality.;
5 Understands the concept of income redistribution. ;
6 Learns income distribution policies;
7 Learns the income distribution and income distribution policies in Turkey.;

2 Income distribution theories.
3 The concept of income inequality and its development.
4 Measurement problems in income inequality.
5 Methods of measuring income inequality.
6 Relationship between income inequality and wealth distribution.
7 Income inequality and labor market policies.
8 Income inequality and macroeconomic factors.
9 Income inequality and demographic factors.
10 Income redistribution: Purposes and tools.
11 Income distribution policies: Taxes and public expenditures.
12 Income distribution policies: Price and wealth policies.
13 Income distribution policies: Labor market and social security policies.
