19 Objective of the Course: It is aimed to evaluate the problems that arise as a result of regular and irregular migration movements within the scope of national and international law.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It is aimed to produce solutions to the problems that may be experienced, especially regarding women and children asylum seekers who are in urgent and special need of protection.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Researching the history of migration movements;
2 Evaluation of the reasons for the emergence of international protection;
3 Definition of IDP status under international law and discussion of its consequences;
4 Determination and scope of refugee status in international and EU law;
5 Determination and scope of subsidiary status in international and EU law;
6 Comparison of the concepts of refugee, conditional refugee and subsidiary protection under the Law on Foreigners and International Protection;
7 Evaluation of the rights granted to international protection status holders in categories;
8 Evaluation of the temporary protection regime in international law;
9 Evaluation of the status of acquisition and termination of temporary protection status and the rights provided by the status;
10 Learning about the privileges of immigrant status;
