19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to understand the concept of unfair competition, to examine the provisions of unfair competition and to evaluate the cases and results of unfair competition in practice, and to increase the competence on this subject.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course helps to understand the concept of unfair competition, the situations of unfair competition and the legal consequences of unfair competition.
