19	Objective of the Course:	Examining the legislation on public procurement, learning the public procurement processes, identifying the operational problems of public procurement
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	It contributes to the specialization of students in the field of legislation on public procurement, procurement processes and practices.

6	Basic principles and application examples in terms of procurement rules in the Public Procurement Law
7	Tender procedures and implementation examples and discussions in the Public Procurement Law
8	Tender document in the Public Procurement Law and submission of offers and special cases
9	The Role of the Public Procurement Authority in the Functioning of Public Procurement and its Transactions
10	Objections to tender procedures and criminal proceedings regarding Public Tenders
11	Electronic and dynamic procurement procedures and implementation in Public Tenders
