19	Objective of the Course:	To know the sub-disciplines of fiqh that have emerged throughout the historical process and to have knowledge about their basic subjects and contents.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	To know the sub-disciplines of fiqh

Learning Outcomes:

1	Having general knowledge about the sub-disciplines of fiqh;
2	To be able to understand the basic research topics of the sub-disciplines of fiqh.;
3	Learning the basic literature of the sub-disciplines of fiqh;
4	To be able to interpret the relationship between the sub-disciplines of fiqh;
5	Learning the emergence of sub-disciplines of fiqh in the history of fiqh;
6	Getting to know modern studies on the sub-disciplines of fiqh;
7	To be able to interpret the relationship between furû and usûl;
8	To be able to interpret the relationship between fatwâ and qadâ;
9	Obtaining a general idea about the solution of Nawâzil and vâqı'ât type issues;
10	Obtaining a general understanding of the fatwa procedure, judgment procedure and al-siyâsa al-shari'iyya;
