19 Objective of the Course: To learn advanced map drawing techniques and to make maps using professional computer drawing programs.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Gains the ability to provide technical services by using software and hardware required by the profession, analyzing and presenting data. It performs the submission, preparation and preparation of files of the quality requested by public institutions.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Recognition of the basic features of CAD programs and basic software related to map production;
2 Intersection, area calculation, elevation calculation and polar purchase calculation in CAD programs calculation menu;
3 Ability to create digital terrain model (triangulation), pass contour lines and make adjustments in curves;
4 Creating a digital terrain model (triangulation), passing contour lines and editing curves;
5 To be able to obtain longitudinal and cross section and volume calculations from the digital terrain model;
6 Plotter settings, map printout from printer and plotter;
7 Ability to transfer data from the CAD program to the total station measuring instrument, for application, data transfer and from the total station measuring instrument to the CAD program;
