19 Objective of the Course: Analyzing the general principles of Roman Law.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development The student forms true notion of law.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 The student evaluates the Roman history and the sources of the law under Roman Law.;
2 The student evaluates the rights under Roman law and the law today comparatively, regarding their contents and characteristics;
3 The student learns the concepts of capacity to have rights and capacity to act, knows who owns them under both Roman Law and law today;
4 The student can make an evaluation about legal transactions and legal events, learns the divisions of legal transactions.;
5 The student learns the intentional nonconformities between the will and the statements.;
6 The student recognizes the structure of the obligation.;
7 The student learns the contracts of emptio venditio and locatio conductio under Roman Law;
8 The student learns the real contracts under Roman Law.;
9 The student learns the delicts and the delictual liability under Roman Law.;
10 The student learns the reasons of termination of the obligation.;
