19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to improve the students' strategy development skills and knowledge from the perspective of senior management, and to make the student competent about the implementation and control processes of strategies by analyzing the internal and external environment of the enterprises in the strategic management process.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Gains the competence to manage and control the process by perceiving the management processes in businesses.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to gain knowledge about the importance of the basic concepts of the strategic management process.;
2 To have knowledge about the strategic management process;
3 Acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to analyze the internal and external environment;
4 To have knowledge about basic strategies;
5 Knowledge of identifying alternative corporate and functional strategies;
6 Developing knowledge and strategy selection knowledge and skills about competitive and international strategies;
7 To be able to comprehend the implementation, evaluation and control processes of strategies;
