19 Objective of the Course: In this course, it is aimed that the students gain the ability to manage logistics in business processes by understanding the effect of logistics and supply chain management in the field of agriculture in the execution of agricultural activities. In this way, students will develop the ability to evaluate logistics operations and control the efficiency of the supply chain.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Students will have information about logistics and supply chain, the importance of which is understood more today.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To have a grasp of general concepts related to supply chain, logistics and transportation;
2 Understand the organizations involved in logistics operations and their functions;
3 To have knowledge of the basic processes of transportation;
4 To learn how to carry out road, air, sea and railway transportation, which are involved in the transportation of agricultural products;
5 To learn transport fuses and their functions;
