19	Objective of the Course:	To enable students to get to know the Turkish tribes and states that settled and dominated the Eastern European area between the IV-XIII centuries.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	It contributes to students' careers by helping them understand the Turkish communities and states that existed in the Eastern European geography in the IV-XIII centuries.

Learning Outcomes:

1	Students; will get to know the historical geography of Eastern Europe,;
2	will learn the sources of Eastern European Turkish History and researches on it,;
3	will learn the history of states that ruled in Eastern Europe in history such as European Huns and Khazars,;
4	will learn the history of Turkish communities such as Uzs, Pechenegs and Kipchaks living in the Balkans before the Ottomans,;
5	will learn about the impact of the Mongol invasion on the Turkish communities living in Eastern Europe, especially in the north of the Black Sea.;
