1 Owning about comparative theoretical knowledge on legal and appeal remedies regarding private law;
2 Understanding the system of Turkish legal and appeal remedies regarding private law ;
3 To be able to explain the Turkish legislation pertaining to legal and appeal remedies regarding private law;
4 Grasping the aspects of implamentation Turkish rules about legal and appeal remedies regarding private law ;
5 To be able to evaluate relevant Turkish jurisprudence about legal and appeal remedies regarding private law;
6 To be able to clasfy and chracterization of legal remedies ;
7 To be able to analyze resorting conditions of available appeal remedies regarding private law ;
8 To be able analyze adjudicatory procedures of appeal remedies regarding private law;
9 To be able to analyze available decisions in the procedures of first appeal remedy and second appeal remedy regarding private law;

3 The routes of interm legal remedy

6 Litigation and judgement forms as to desired legal relief
7 Litigation forms as to desired right
8 Clasfying the appeal remedy forms and manners by criterions
9 Manners of ordinary appeal remedy
10 Conditions of first appeal remedy
11 Processes of first appeal remedy and available decisions
