19 Objective of the Course: S/he thoroughly knows the claims and frameworks of immigration theories. S/he presents original and scientific studies in her/his field of study.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development S/he understands and interprets the relationship of migration theories with theories in various disciplines, and s/he can make interdisciplinary and inter-theoretic connections for a specific subject of study.

1 Learning the basic concepts of international and national Migration;
2 Ability to describe the link between international and national Migration;
3 Identifying International Migration Policies and their relative impact on the migration process;
4 To be able to define different International Migration Policies.;
5 To be able to determine International Theories of Migration and their relative impact on the migration process.;
6 To be able to define different Migration Theories;
7 To be able to define the connection between International Migration Policies and Theories.;
8 To be able to predict the future migration policies of the leading actors in the international arena, especially in Turkey.;
