19 Objective of the Course: S/he will have information about the basic concepts of election, the basic principles of election and electoral systems.

1 Student will have information about function and importance of election in democracy.;
2 Student will have information about the basic principles of democratic elections, fundamental rights and freedoms, establish to your relationship;
3 Student will have information about Legal aspects of selection, concepts and institutions to analyze.;
4 Student will have information about electoral systems and electoral system applied in our country, to analyze the comparison and assessment;
5 Student will have information about learning the management and supervision of elections.;
