20 | Contribution of the Course to Professional Development | Recall the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system. Symptoms related to the cardiovascular system (chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, fainting, explains the formation mechanism, causes of edema, etc.) and their relations with other systems. Common, community health and / or life-threatening cardiovascular explain the causes of diseases, their mechanisms of formation and the clinical findings they cause. Explains the clinical and surgical features and clinical / surgical approach principles of the basic diseases related to the cardiovascular system. It takes history from the patient with cardiovascular system complaints by using effective communication skills. Examines the cardiovascular system. Interprets the anamnesis and examination findings about the cardiovascular system, plans laboratory tests to guide diagnosis and treatment based on examination findings. Diagnostic test results used in the diagnosis and follow-up of cardiovascular system diseases (ECG, TELE, EKO report, whole blood, biochemical tests) interprets. Cardiovascular system with anamnesis, physical examination findings and laboratory results makes the differential diagnosis of the diseases, makes a preliminary diagnosis / diagnosis. Myocardial infarction, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmia, thrombophlebitis, peripheral artery diagnose diseases such as his disease, make emergency and basic treatment and directs.
